February 3, 2020— The Richland Companies is proud to announce the purchase of Corporate Centre Webster, a 49,793 square foot office park sitting on 3.52 acres, located at 16969 Texas Avenue in Webster, Texas. The new property is located across the street from Richland’s Bay Plaza Office Complex further expanding their presence in the submarket.

The art deco inspired property with sprawling palm trees and lush landscaping is in a high demand area, bounded by Texas Avenue, Live Oak Street, Orchard Street and Bay Area Boulevard. Its easy access to I45 offers its tenant base of tech and medical companies two main and five cross access entry points. With its close proximity to the Clear Lake Medical Center, Johnson Space Center, Baybrook Mall, downtown Houston and Galveston, as well as Pasadena, the Houston Ship Channel, Hobby and Bush International airports, it’s no wonder Webster has become known as the Aerospace Capital of the Southwest and Medical Center of the South. Richland will assume management responsibilities of the property, as it does with its entire portfolio of 37 properties in five states throughout the Southwestern United States.
