November 8, 2018 – Seven Oaks Management, LLC, a subsidiary of Seven Oaks Company, announced today that it has been awarded a property management contract for Cumberland Overlook, a 5-story, 105,464-square-foot office building located at 2700 Cumberland Parkway in Atlanta. B Management Group owns the building, which lies on the east side of Interstate 285 within the Cumberland/Galleria office submarket.

B Management Group is overseeing a significant renovation project at the building, with planned improvements including new flooring, wallcovering, lighted art panels and new furniture. The main lobby entrance will feature a new glass entry leading into the building, along with an art feature that will run the vertical length of the exterior and highlight the main entrance. The lobby level restrooms and elevator cabs are also being modernized.
Seven Oaks’ current property management portfolio stands at 2.5 million square feet. Available spaces at Cumberland Overlook range from 2,902 to 24,782 square feet. Jim Devaney and Collin Devaney with NAI Brannen Goddard are leasing the building.
Located near Cumberland Mall, Galleria Specialty Shops, and SunTrust Park/The Battery Atlanta, Cumberland Overlook also provides direct access to the Silver Comet Trail, a walking and biking trail that runs from metro Atlanta to central Alabama.
