September 5, 2019— Savills represented ONUS Global Fulfillment Solutions, a supply chain management firm that designs and implements solutions in both freight management and e-commerce, in the lease of a new warehouse and distribution facility in Southern California.
The company has taken the entire 217,258-square-foot property at 1175 East Francis Street in Ontario for a regional logistics center. Located near the western border of the Inland Empire, the property provides premier access to major shipping routes and the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, as well as other transportation hubs and facilities.
Senior Managing Director Dillon Dummit and Corporate Managing Director Jeff Cecil advised ONUS in the transaction. In addition to handling the lease negotiations, the team’s services included operational planning, supply chain and logistics analyses, and financial strategy.
“This represents a significant expansion for ONUS and allows the company to better serve its growing customer base,” said Dummit. “The property features abundant dock doors, high clearance and modern truck/trailer access, all of which support ONUS’ mission of helping customers deliver products faster and more cost efficiently.”

This is ONUS’ second warehouse and distribution center in Southern California. The company also leases an 180,000-square-foot facility in Santa Fe Springs.
