October 11, 2019— This year’s EXPO Real from 7 to 9 October once again broke all records in terms of exhibitor and visitor numbers. With almost 4 percent more participants and around 4.5 percent more exhibitors compared to the previous year, Europe’s largest real estate fair impressively shows that the real estate industry continues to develop positively. ZIMA, as a leading private real estate developer in the German-speaking Alpine region, has intensively used its own trade fair presence to present current large-volume residential construction projects and the modular solid wood concept concept purelivin.
With over 46,000 participants from 76 countries and just under 2,200 exhibitors from 45 countries, Europe’s most important real estate exhibition was bigger and more international than ever. In spite of bad weather and a weaker economy, sentiment was brilliant and it is becoming clear that the real estate industry is again expecting strong financial statements for 2019.
“As part of the EXPO, we were able to hold many constructive and trend-setting talks with key representatives from the domestic and international sectors. The immense interest in our projects as well as our modular solid wood construction concept purelivin shows us that we are on the right path and have the right solutions ready for current challenges in terms of construction costs, construction time or climate-friendly building materials “, summarizes Alexander Nußbaumer, CEO and owner the ZIMA group of companies, the successful days at the fair together.
Great interest in purelivin:
In addition to the topic of innovation, which was represented by more than 60 start-ups and many other young technology companies in the newly opened NOVA3 hall, sustainability was more present than ever before. Here ZIMA proved that it meets the pulse of the times with its promising housing concept purelivin. For the duration of the fair, a fully equipped, walk-in model apartment was made available to the trade visitors, through which interested visitors could get an initial insight into the modular timber construction of the future. The enormous crowds at the housewarming celebration underlined the great demand for innovative and sustainable housing concepts – over 200 visitors accepted the invitation on Monday evening.
