May 23, 2019— Lee & Associates – Pasadena, represented accounting firm, Lucas Horsfall, in the relocation of their company headquarters in Pasadena, California resulting in the city’s largest tenant relocation this year to date.
Founding Principals, Rene Soto and Christopher Larimore of Lee & Associates negotiated the estimated $8.3 million lease transaction at 299 North Euclid Avenue for the tenant. William Boyd, Linda Lee and Scott Unger of Kidder Matthews represented the landlord, EQ Properties.
Established in 1957, Lucas Horsfall is one of the largest accounting firms in Southern California and has four existing locations across the region. The space will include state-of-the-art design and construction will be completed by SAA Architecture. The project is scheduled to be completed for move-in by the Fall of 2019.
