November 6, 2019 –Brad Schwarz, Executive Managing Director/Principal, and James Ficelman, Associate, of Lee & Associates NYC have negotiated a ground-floor and lower-level, 5,600-square-foot lease at 2 Bank Street, between West 4th Street and Greenwich Avenue, for Quality Branded. The well-known restaurant group is the mastermind behind such New York City favorites as Quality Meats, Quality Eats and Quality Italian Steakhouse. They also own Don Angie, Maloney & Porcelli, Smith & Wollensky and Park Avenue.

“We were thrilled to secure such a standout tenant for our client, Sky Management,” says Mr. Schwarz, who represented the owner along with his associate, Mr. Ficelman. “This prime West Village corner is deserving of such a top-notch restaurant group that is always on trend.”
