May 30, 2019 – Leading global commercial real estate services and investment management firm Colliers International announced today it has recruited veteran real estate investment professional El Warner to join the firm as an executive vice president in the firm’s Capital Markets group focusing on major retail investment properties.
Warner brings more than 15 years of experience to his new position, serving in progressively more senior posts at the most well-respected commercial real estate firms in the region. His expertise in the disposition of large shopping centers and “big box” properties has resulted in more than $2 billion in total sales volume.

For Warner, the move represents a return to Colliers, where he previously worked in its Downtown Los Angeles office. He most recently was National Director of Shopping Centers for Matthews Realty Advisors and previously held multiple senior positions at CBRE.

Warner also cited the newly installed senior executive management team as a significant attraction for his return to Colliers. The company recently named David Josker as president of the Southwest Region.
