March 4, 2020 – Landsea Homes will celebrate the grand opening of a new master planned community in Ontario, ShadeTree on Saturday, March 28th from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The grand opening event will feature food, refreshments, painting for the kids, live music, and giveaways as well as tours of 12 new model homes.

Located between Archibald and Merrill Avenues, ShadeTree includes 432 one- and two-story single-family homes featuring two to three car garages. The 84-acre community provides resort-style amenities including a community pool with cabanas, party pavilion, a dog park, fire pits, children’s play area and private clubhouse. Prices range from $550,000 to the high $600,000’s.

The four neighborhoods within ShadeTree include:
