February 4, 2019 – Landsea Homes, Northern California Division, is pleased to announce the promotions of Karen Wormuth to Director of Sales & Marketing, and Luis Ferreira to Director of Operations in the homebuilder’s Northern California Division.
Wormuth primarily served as sales counselor for Landsea Homes’ Northern California Division since joining the company in 2017. Prior to that, she showcased extensive sales, customer service, management and land acquisition experience in sales management roles at K Hovnanian, Pulte Group and Lennar Homes of California. She was consistently recognized in surpassing companies’ sales records and assembling motivational sales meetings and training themes.
Ferreira has served as director of customer care for Landsea Homes’ Northern California Division since joining the company in 2017. Prior to that, he filled a similar role at TRI Pointe Homes where he was responsible for customer relations, construction supervision, staff recruiting, quality control and statistical data to improve overall customer service. He was recognized as a Member of the 2016 National Builder of the Year team at TRI Pointe Homes.
