December 9, 2019 – When developers and associations of luxury condominium communities in Miami’s Financial District need a premier management partner to enhance the resident experience, they turn to KW Property Management & Consulting. The company, which already has an unparalleled portfolio of high-end properties in Brickell, has been hired to oversee the brand-new Brickell Flatiron and SLS Lux Brickell condo towers.
These prestigious new assignments join other signature KWPMC properties in the neighborhood including all four residential and commercial associations at Brickell Heights, The Bond on Brickell and Brickell City Centre, where the company manages the REACH and RISE buildings.
Completed by the Ugo Colombo-led CMC Group in October 2019, the 64-story, 527-unit Brickell Flatiron is one of Miami’s most anticipated new condo towers in recent memory. Designed by renowned architect Luis Revuelta, with amenity spaces conceived by Massimo Iosa Ghini, it is the tallest condo tower south of New York City. It is located at 1001 S. Miami Ave.
SLS Lux Brickell is a 57-story, 450-unit tower completed by the Related Group and Allen Morris Company in 2018. The 805 S. Miami Ave. building was designed by Arquitectonica, with interiors by Yabu Pushelberg. SLS Lux also includes a 78-room hotel.
“Brickell Flatiron and SLS Lux Brickell are truly one-of-a-kind luxury assets,” said KWPMC Managing Director and Co-Founder Paul Kaplan. “We are thrilled to have the opportunity to serve the residents of these incredible buildings. The new assignments give our team even more to celebrate as our 15th year of operation comes to a close.”
KWPMC’s milestone year has included several significant accolades.
For the first time in the company’s history, KWPMC was featured on Inc. magazine’s annual Inc. 5000 list, a ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. It was also recognized in the Daily Business Review’s “Best of 2019” as the Best Multi-Family Property Management Firm for the sixth year in a row. The South Florida Business Journal honored KWPMC during its 2019 Fast 50 Awards for South Florida’s fastest-growing private companies and recognized the company in its annual Business of the Year Awards for the second straight year.
KWPMC’s aggressive expansion in the luxury high-rise condo sector can be credited in part to the company’s 5-Star/5-Diamond Hospitality Luxury Services division. Through the division, KWPMC provides clients with a suite of management services on par with high-end hotels.
“We are seeing the benefits of our emphasis on finding talented professionals with vast hospitality experience to complement our strong accounting, operations and maintenance teams,” said KWPMC Managing Director and Co-Founder Robert White. “These services have distinguished our company in key luxury markets like Brickell. We look forward to taking KWPMC to even greater heights in 2020.”
