June 11, 2019— Holt Construction Corporation (Holt) is pleased to announce the appointment of new Managing Director Jason Hart, who brings with him a diversified record of accomplishment in the construction industry. In his new role, he will oversee Holt’s national operations, in addition to serving as a member on the executive management team.
Mr. Hart will collaborate closely with the Board of Directors, operational teams and corporate services, to support Holt’s growth across the firm’s key sectors, building on a leading reputation for value-driven services with new and long-term clients. Holt will look to Mr. Hart to implement a strategic plan and policies by establishing priorities and determining resource allocation to continue to grow the firm’s footprint across its national markets.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Hart has distinguished himself in a range of roles throughout the construction industry. Prior to joining Holt as Managing Director, Mr. Hart led the operations of a top consulting firm in the AEC sector, as well as entities the firm acquired during his tenure. He had previously served as a construction attorney at a premier construction law firm, where he represented a variety of construction organizations across multiple industry segments. Mr. Hart was also a Project Manager for a multi-national construction management firm and is a construction arbitrator.

In 2014, Mr. Hart was recognized by ENR as a top 20 under 40 construction professional and, in 2015, by Building Design + Construction in its 40 under 40 in the AEC industry. Mr. Hart received a JD, at night, from Brooklyn Law School and is obtaining his MBA from SUNY. He also received his BS from Babson College with a focus in Business Management, Finance, and Entrepreneurship and his Certificate in Construction Management from New York University.
