June 11, 2018— Colliers International San Diego Region announces the sale of a 14,590-square foot former church property located in San Diego’s Golden Hill neighborhood for $1,400,000. The site, which includes a vacant 5,163-square foot church building, is slated to become a new residential development.
Joe Brady and Victor Krebs of Colliers International San Diego Region represented the seller, Little Point LLC, and the buyer, WLA Investments.
