August 21, 2019 – Cushman & Wakefield announced its appointment by EQ Office as exclusive commercial leasing agents for The Hughes Center (“The HC”), a 68-acre mixed-use, master-planned business campus located in the central commercial hub of Las Vegas.
The HC is comprised of 10 Class A office buildings, 10 retail buildings, and a 3.1-acre development site. Within the campus, there is also a Marriot Residence Inn, two luxury condominium towers, restaurants, and a 375-unit luxury apartment development.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Charles Van Geel, Director, and Matthew Kreft, Senior Associate, will oversee leasing activities for the office portion of The Hughes Center’s 1.4 million square foot corporate campus.

EQ Office is scheduled to complete its multi-million repositioning investment of The HC by the end of the year when it opens its central green park, Innovation Center, and Tenant Lounge, adding to the already robust amenities currently within the project.
