January 17, 2020 – Cushman & Wakefield has completed the sale of Tiger Industrial Center, a fully leased 103,511-square-foot (sf) industrial park in Phoenix. New York-based KKR acquired the property, located at 4901 & 4929 W. Van Buren Street, from Los Angeles-based Dunbar Real Estate Investment Management for $8.35 million.
Phil Haenel, Will Strong and Greer Oliver of Cushman & Wakefield Phoenix represented the buyer and seller in the transaction.

Sitting on 4.79 acres, Tiger Industrial Center was built in 1985 and features frontage on Van Buren Street, secured/fenced truck court and both grade-level and truckwell loading.
