April 3, 2019— Colliers International San Diego Region announces the sale of the flagship condominium retail spaces at the Harbor Club, a premier residential and retail building located in the heart of Downtown San Diego for $13,600,000.
Bill Shrader of Colliers International’s Urban Property Team represented both the seller, One Harbor, LLC, and the buyer, Tower Investments, LLC. The Harbor Club is located in Downtown’s Marina District at 285 J Street, 100 J Street, 200 Harbor Drive and 330 Third Avenue, and is also within walking distance to the famed Gaslamp Quarter.
